To ensure we can provide the highest level of care and maintain our grooming schedule, all pets should be dropped off between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM on their scheduled appointment day.
If you anticipate arriving outside of this time frame, please contact The Groomsman as soon as possible by phone call or text message. Advance notice allows us to accommodate scheduling adjustments and continue providing exceptional service to all of our clients.
